Not surprised on Kuznetsov. He's an elite talent on pace for like 30 points - has basically mailed in the entire season.
  2. He’ll be opting out after year 7 but good on KC for getting a few more years of team control
  3. A-Rod is a good one. I never really had a chance to appreciate good Griffey. He was traded to Cincinnati right around the time I started really following baseball, and I probably didn't see more than a couple games with him as a Mariner. Kind of seems like the previous generation's version of a generational player
  4. When I think of generational talents over the last 25 years I think Trout, Ohtani, Pujols, Kershaw, and DeGrom. DeGrom might not even make the HoF. But when he was healthy he was the most dominant pitcher I've ever seen.
  5. It might be 70 raw, but he's not getting to that in games. He's like 60-60, with every other part of his game dragging value down from there.
  6. Legit annoys me that he got the MLB The Show cover. Last thing his ego needs is more superstar treatment
  7. I think the biggest difference between what they are and what everyone thought they could be as that Vlad was supposed to be right-handed Yordan Alvarez but instead is CJ Cron.
  8. I think I saw something a few weeks ago that the Jays had checked in on Urshela, but it wasn't known whether that was before or after the IKF signing. I'm guessing it was before, because there really isn' any room for Urshela on the roster right now.
  9. Baseball Trade Values has the Nationals return as currently worth 80M more than the Padres return lmao. "They got him for free"
  10. 2 years of King vs. 5 years of Gore 6 years of Thorpe vs. 6 years of Abrams Jhony Brito and Randy Vasquez vs. James Wood You're taking the contrarian thing a big far here in saying the Yankees package was better
  11. Just looked it up. Rare case where the Rays completely flopped. All four guys are busts.
  12. Was going to say Orelvis + Manoah
  13. If those are the headliners this is very bad
  14. Well s***
  15. Probably wait until ST to unfold and that decision will be made for you.
  16. It's actually going to be interesting to see how the Jays handle their bullpen over the next few years. Garcia, Mayza and Richards are free agenta after 2024 Romano, Green, Swanson, and Cabrera after 2025 Will be interesting if Ross throws FA money to keep the gang together, or if he'll trust himself to turn over the entire bullpen. I have a really hard time seeing Romano extened
  17. Padres just look like a incomplete team. They have a bunch of luxury pieces, but then also don't really have a 4th or 5th starter, a LF, or a CF. And they're still playing Cronenworth out of position. Their 3 bullpen acquisitions only cost like a combined 8M this year though, so it's not like that would have allowed them to fill holes.
  18. Unusual contract

    Re-Draft League

New Team 2 is an invite that's been sent out but not accepted. We're at 10 teams + that guy if he accepts.

  21. This is not good for the Jays

It's telling me you've already joined
  23. Trade Espinal for a high minors arm with velo and a couple options. Bring in Adam Duvall or Grichuk to platoon with Kiermaier. Maybe have a look at a 5th starter if there's still a few pennies left under the cushions.
