As usual when the pitching is good the hitting sucks and when they are getting blown out everyone wanna hit homers all of a sudden.

The Red Sox run diff has been hovering around even all season. It's amazing how much of an accurate story run diff usually tells. Now with their current win streak their run diff is well above zero and second best in the division.

I won't be surprised if the Tigers go on a tear at some point as well as they are under performing their pythag by a fair bit right now.

Jays are in trouble unless Vlad goes on a heater, Bieber keeps pitching like he did today and Gausman finds his form down the stretch.

That’s a lot of IFs unfortunately. Hard to see this team ripping off an 8 game winning streak with how inconsistent they’ve been all year.

I was just asking if anyone knew the details and whether his actions were still bad enough to keep him cut from all team activities.   

There are plenty POS all over baseball.  Maybe im just a believer in 2nd chances as long as the original issue wasnt super egregious.

There was not only the sexual assault incidents but let's also not forget the spitting incident in 1996 when he spit in the face of umpire John Herschbeck and also making light of the death of his son. Alomar is piece of trash human being and shouldn't be celebrated in any way.

I had to look this up, but Alomar is actually banned from MLB.

Major League Baseball placed Hall of Famer Roberto Alomar on the ineligible list and fired him as a league consultant in April 2021. This discipline followed an independent investigation into an allegation of sexual misconduct stemming from a 2014 incident involving a baseball industry employee.

Following the league's decision, the Toronto Blue Jays immediately severed all ties with the 12-time All-Star, removing his banner from the Rogers Centre and cutting him from their "Level of Excellence".
