Season after season, it has been proven he is not a great player as many thought....not me though. He is good only sporadically, but that happens to anyone. lol want to give this one another try?

I was very sad when in 1995 they dissed John Olerud just because he had single digit homeruns. I demand that the new John Olerud/Mark Grace type we have gets respect. I can't even figure out how Vlad's season so far is even possible. Apparently his chase rate is the worst it's been, but he hits .290 .390 .380 with 30 walks and 25 ks. His stats are the passive guy who is happy to go with the pitch. Professional hitter. Even Rance Mullinicks hit with more pop.

Alejandro Murphy Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Proud of the boys Jays Spirit lives on What a debut by Mr. McAdoo - spring training was not a fluke for him. Rough one for Voth who needed Compound V from Vought Industries 🤣 Oka and Vlad delivered….summer is just around the corner, maybe this a start of a more consistent production from both. Go Jays Go !
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 That’s a huge win, wow. Welcome to the show McAdoo neverbeenhere 1

hanton Old-Timey Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 wasn't sure what to expect from big mac but I do remember he didn't show that much during spring, wonder what the plan is now - the kid might deserve a good look. He has some decent numbers AA (16 home runs in 2025) and AAA(8 home runs 2026)
SeranthonySantander Verified Member Posted May 30 Posted May 30 My 13 year old did his final English assignment on the psychology of hopeless sports teams and why the fans continue to support them. It's a lot of excerpts from orioles hangout. He said there is alot of hopeless sports franchises like the leafs, Cleveland Indians etc, but wanted to pick THE one to focus on that would never win anything, ever.
Governator Community Moderator Posted May 30 Posted May 30 I mean, going into this game we knew we were a patched up crew with no pitching available and were hopeful to have a close game. Reading the game thread, you'd think we were the 2024 white sox who turned into the 2025 Blue Jays. You guys got to just relax, a game doesn't define a season lol. Helluva comeback! Also, Charles McAdoo is an amazing name. Eat My Shatkins, max silver and Terminator 3
