glory Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2025 Posted October 16, 2025 My guess is Flu already warmed up earlier and may have been hot so might as well use him. They don’t have a clear mop up guy other than Yariel, who really should have pitched 2 innings, but JS had to compensate for letting a starter go 6, so using 3 relievers will improve his sleep tonight. Slade Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2025 Posted October 16, 2025 Nice to see our offense getting back in it.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2025 Posted October 16, 2025 Great game, and much needed production from the offense. Just an absolute massive start for Max tomorrow. I’m not super confident in him but maybe he has one last round of vetrin presents to dish out.

I'm pretty sure they'll have Bassitt loosened up to take over if there's early trouble. Hopefully Mad Max shoves. Spanky__99 and Jays24 2
abola2121 Verified Member Posted October 16, 2025 Posted October 16, 2025 The front office should give a guy like Javen Coleman a chance to make the team out of spring training next year. He would probably be our best LHP out of the pen compared to anyone we have now. Spanky__99 1
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted October 16, 2025 Posted October 16, 2025 Go out and win tomorrow, even things up and you feel pretty good about the series with those 2 home games on the back end. Mariners forgot it wasn’t just a 3-game series this time around.

Dude's a K machine Well, he won't jump from A+ to MLB, that's my point. See what he does in AA first. There's no cart before the horse right now. Hopefully he keeps it up.
