Kinda had to. Its a doubleheader, have to wear that one.

Looks like Gausman had 0 clue where the ball was going today.

I didn't watch either of the games, but read that Gausman threw 50+ pitches in an inning. I understand they needed to eat up innings but that's a bit unreasonable.

I completely understand why Schneider was hesitant to go to the bullpen in the 3rd inning of game 1 of a DH, with our best pitcher on the mound. Not upset at all about that.

If it was a normal game, he likely pulls Gausman after the 3rd walk in a row

End of the day, Jays can’t f***in score and the outcome probably remains similar trying to cover 6+ innings from the pen.

This is on Schneider.  Who leaves a struggling pitcher out there for so long.  This was so predictable.

53 pitches, the risk of injury is high at that point. *smh*

Team is a strike out machine that doesn't hit HRs

Jays strikeout percentage is 3rd in the MLB, they haven't had any SLG or timely hitting, exhibit game one.

not paying close attention, is this with runners on base or empty?

Runners on base, pitchers don't have to come set with the bases empty?

Jays after this upcoming Bosox series, will have went through their toughest stretch of games in the schedule, I was hoping for a .500 record by May 1st, that doesn't seem to be coming to fruition, lol. They need power like yesterday or we're going to get smoked this season. Wake the f*ck up boys, like even gap power would be appreciated. Oh, and a few more timely hits please.

GO JAYS GO!!!

Spanky, it's over

Look at the roster and observe how the players are performing

At least we get to see Springer have a dead cat bounce season.  I'll enjoy that.  Otherwise - complete dumpster fire.  As I said at the start of the year, can we please just fast forward to the trade deadline?  And then again to about 2029 when we'll have a chance to make the playoffs again?  Thanks.

The fun things this year are basically... George Springer and the Yimi/Hoff tandem. That's about it.

I guess if you like gritty vet SPs you enjoy most of what Bassitt has done.

quickly watched the first 5 innings he has 2 distinct motions one is like Gausman with a  rocking motion which he used in the 1st and 4th innings and his other delivery has a hop/skip in it and a twist (Kenley Jansen) which he used in the 2nd, 3rd and 5th inning.  All legal and all from the stretch regardless of bases empty or not
