He doesn't know how to run the bases at all. He superman jumps 10 feet away from the base and is in the air for 2 seconds. Loses so much time that could be made up with an extra couple of strides on your feet.

Sandlin has been a godsend in the middle of the bullpen. Just a tough guy to square up, and he can get some crucial strikeouts if needed.

Arenado recently said he only nixed the trade to Houston because he was uncertain of their direction by letting Bregman and Tucker go.  Maybe the Vlad extension can show him we mean business and would be open to coming here?
