A team on a budget crunch using money to spend on a scrub who can be filled with from AAA. We got this scrub taking up our budget to fill up holes we desperately need to fill... 33 minutes ago, Jays24 said: Just remember who was on the Myles Straw bandwagon first lol Yup, you sure were... 🤔🙄🤡 max silver, Terminator, Stangstag and 1 other 4

Former Top prospect who has dealt with tons of injuries but seemingly got healthy last year and showed that he might be ready for a breakout year. In addition, we did tag him for some hard contact but none of it dropped. I think we had at least 8 balls with an xBA of .450 or higher that were outs That’s exactly why you gotta hit homeruns. Outhitting the opposition like 2 to 1, but barely scraping wins. Top 3 really gotta start hitting bombs, because right now it feels way too difficult to score runs. max silver 1

We saw last night how the HR was the difference for the Braves and changed the outlook of the game with just a couple of big swings. Jays really need Vladdy, Santander and Bo to get going power wise. Embarrassing that there is only 1 HR combined between your top 3 hitters in the lineup. Gotta hope something changes internally with their approach and that this front office closer to the trade deadline addresses the lack of power in this lineup if this team is in the playoff hunt. Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2025 Posted April 15, 2025 I think we are in a decent spot if the biggest concern is a lack of power from Bo, Vlad and Taters though. They'll start hitting homers, I guarantee it. A lot of things are going pretty well. The bullpen might be stabilizing. Hoffman and Yimi are as good as any duo in MLB right now. Then even fringe guys like Barnes are showing signs of life. Springer and Gimenez look like above average bats which helps the middle of the order. Heineman and Straw look like good bench players. Such SSS but Heineman looks to have made some changes. His EVs are drastically different. Rotation has been on fire, though Lucas taking a huge step back last night is concerning. Add Mad Max being completely cooked and the depth is going to be tested this season. Varsho is one of our best players and he's close to returning. Anyway, Bo, Vlad and Taters will regress to the mean, the key will be to soften the regression from the good things happening above. Brownie19, Orgfiller, Spanky99 and 1 other 4
