Spanky, as much as I love him, likes to instigate s*** and create fake narratives. So far he hasn't produced any receipts. Its all just hot air.

To be fair, there were quite a number of Mike Elias Fan Club members around here, I just can't recall who they were aside from Olerud.

First pitch he saw too

It was pretty epic, and it was a legit moonshot at 467 feet I believe. But... they lost 2-1 Hahahaha!

They're all just scrambling and saying they weren't all over his nuts whilst crapping all over our own club, f*ck the Orioles and Elias. C-poop was another giant dick rider of the O's.

Lmao those are definitely the main culprits

it’s best to line up for your tar and feathers boys! Just get it over with.

But I’m not sure a single Orioles Fanboy will own up to it at 15-32!

Scrambling now and even been called a liar, 100% bang on Term. Fanboys are dick tucking, I wish that thread wasn't deleted as I'd be sniping these guys off like target practice. Fish in a barrel.

The Boston Herald’s Gabrielle Starr reports the Red Sox are calling up top prospect Marcelo Mayer from Triple-A Worcester.

It’s happening. Mayer will arrive at Fenway Park prior to the second game of Saturday’s doubleheader against the Orioles with veteran third baseman Alex Bregman (quad) likely heading to the injured list.

Yeah, there hand has been forced with the injury to Bregman, they have a lot of good young players man. The East is tough sledding.

Yankees at Colorado is like the Jays at Seattle, more Yankee fans than home fans lol

Rarely see a player through his glove at a ball - or maybe it just came off?  on a Goldie single Amador it looked like heaved his glove up in the air near the ball - didn't hit it.  Ump had a word with him.

11 - 1 Yankees in the 5th

The Orioles are Garb... they'll likely lose the 2nd half of this double header and get swept tomorrow, thanks for nothing, Black Birds.

I'm not even sure what his argument is. The Orioles had a bad off season. I'm pretty sure if he looked at his hard drive or Excel file or whatever he uses to document everyone's posting history, he'd see that people were genuinely laughing at the O's for not spending on better SP's this winter. So the basis of his argument is that people were praising the O's front office too much when they were winning 90-100 games on the backs of players they developed and/or traded for Corbin Burnes. I mean, that's kinda common sense. When the Jays were good in 2022 with Vlad, Bo, Kirk, Teo, Jansen, Manoah, Romano, etc, they were getting praised too. When a FO does good things they get praised, then when they do bad things they get criticized. Shocking.

I honestly don't care if someone brings up something I said 5 years ago that ended up being wrong, I'm sure there's a bunch of those takes if someone (probably only Spank) wanted to take the time to look for it, but I honestly have no idea what he's talking about here. Oh well.

Blah... Blah... Blah... the Orioles thread that BC made in the offseason of '23, everyone and their sister knew the O's didn't get proper pitching in the offseason past, Elias the brain of the O's dropped the ball, it's that simple.

After the '23 season there was a lot of fellating over the Orioles messiah, and the wiser posters of the forum said let's see what they do to help their pitching, they fell flat on their face. Terrible asset management period, I wish that thread wasn't deleted. Initially it was a joke towards *Mr. Some Posters* himself, but carry on ya birds.

Oh, and jaysblue you never provide receipts when asked or to provide names, grow a spine bro. Amnesia's set in, hence the silence, lol.

P.S. F*ck the O's, fanboys... 🖕

Sean Newcomb designated for assignment by the Red Sox.

He actually didn't pitch that bad this season with them: 41 innings, 9.00 K/9, 3.73 BB/9, 3.95 ERA, 3.42 FIP, 0.6 WAR in 12 games (5 starts). Would take a flier on him for rotation depth and as a long man.

I didn't realize he was starting games for them (lol) and was confused on if you had typo'd that 41 IP number. This is already the most innings he's pitched at the MLB level in a season since 2019.

1) Receipts please. Maybe a couple times I said they looked good long term
2)Terminator was the O’s rider and then there is a wide gap to #2. I’m more of the contrarian type and the O’s future looking bright was widely accepted. Most of my posts for other teams were related to San Diego and Texas, based on all the people saying how inept their GMs were and how they made huge mistakes. Texas not looking like SD, but their roster is 3x more exiting than Jays if healthy

3) I guess you didnt learn from SD. Burying a franchise after a year where things all go wrong

If they were competing, I’d definitely agree. If you’re more pessimistic on that, I wouldn’t like it. Worst case scenario on performance, he’s awful and you wasted those innings looking at internal guys. Best case scenario, he finds an extra gear going into FA. I don’t like signing those guys to bigger FA deals and if you don’t sign him, you did him a favor for nothing if it didn’t get you anywhere lol.

That said, the Jays roster is so uninspiring it would be really hard to complain about the pickup. He’d likely only be taking innings from AAAA lifers

How soon until the Royals callup Jac Caglianone?

Their lineup desperately needs help and he's destroying the minors.  It can't be long now.

It’s easy to make up lies when there’s no way to prove they’re lies 🤷‍♂️

Ryan Yarbrough is beasting. Four good starts in a row for the Yankees.

Probably should have kept him lol.
