OH MY....what a finish to this game. Orioles walk it off after an error by Volpe and then with Mullins pinch hitting he hits a fly ball to Verdugo who miss judged the ball, tried to recover then slipped and it went over his head...

Yeah but that one didn't end the game. When the other team walks you off and you're left spread eagled face down on the turf, well that is memorable, not in a good way.

 

Maybe his gold chains were weighing him down:confused:

Sure, I guess for Wilson. I think they should've just started him next season in March, he's a legit ROY candidate. No bueno.

The ROY gamble is pretty remote. Wilson apparently has below average pop so he's not a sure thing star.

 

6.4 seasons of him might be better than 6 plus that tiny ROY bonus pick gamble.

 

Also the whole marketing argument. As "fans" need something to come watch other than their closer.
