Spanky’s post that I replied to is objectively 10x more ban worthy. I’m just a joke maker. Not the trouble maker.

Yeah im agreeing with you, Spanky should get a ban for that

Jays are really honestly terrible. Very sad. Dumpster fire at this point. Fantasy bb is all there is for Jay fans to root for. Better at this point to root for a string of losses to topple the regime

Ask me how many Blue Jays I have on my 10 Fantasy Teams. I knew.

Yeah I had a little Homer in me with some of the guys. Like Springer. I don’t remember which dbag traded a 1st to you for him, but I probably would’ve at the time too if I was competing.

Since you asked. Out of 10 leagues with each having a minimum 26 man roster, one up to 33 I believe.

So 260 players minimum. I have Jansen on 2 teams. Romero on one, and Varsho on one I believe and Bassitt on one. That is it.

Bauer with 19 K’s tonight and the endorsement of based Bill James

Yeah, a little bit sensationalist with the “mlb could lose a billion dollar lawsuit”. It’d be a 9 figure claim I guess. The likelihood that there is collusion and the likelihood he’ll win in court, are of course, different probabilities. As I thought it would be and Bauer confirmed in his comments, that’s basically the nuclear option. I thought that would be now but he’s still holding out hope it seems.

The demise of the Braves offense was a little premature apparently. Riley has bounced back, Albies has as well, Murphy has started to come around.

If Schwellenbach is decent, their rotation is still one of the best in the league even without Strider.

Brownie19 and the Atkins cult got so excited when the Braves offense was in a rut for that short stretch. Braves actually have talent up and down their lineup and it was just a matter of time until they were going to bounce back. They're 42-31 even with Acuna being awful and out for the season, Harris being awful, along with some other bats and missing Murphy for a good chunk of time. They got guys who can hit for power at least.

Rotation wise, tough losing Strider for the entire season. It would be the equivalent of the Jays losing Gausman. Rotation was looking a bit shaky, but Schwellenbach has looked better. Chris Sale has looked like a Cy Young candidate, Max Fried has been solid and Charlie Morton keeps doing his thing at the age of 40. Reynaldo Lopez still looks sharp and hasn't looked like he's struggling with an increased starters workload. Think it would be wise for the Braves to maybe add another elite arm to their rotation if they could, or some elite BP pieces at the deadline.

Every team has issues such as injuries, players struggling etc. during the regular season. Though it shows you that you can't make excuses. Look at the Braves and Yankees for example with all the challenges they had to endure in the first half.

Ya you’re actually right he pretty much says as much on X. Nuclear option but doesn’t want to go that route yet because obviously that would be the end

The crazy thing about Bauer’s Mexican numbers is he’s doing it over 2000 feet higher above sea level than at Coors

You're picks for awards thus far at midseason:

AL MVP

NL MVP

AL Cy Young

NL Cy Young

AL ROY

NL ROY

AL MVP Aaron Judge

NL MVP Shohei...just give it to him now

AL CY Corbin Burnes although Skubal is right there. We'll see.

NL CY Ranger Suarez but if Glasnow keeps going?

ROY...have to think about it but Skenes has a shot in the NL.

Imanaga/Skenes are the two horse race for NL ROY with Yamamoto on the shelf. Luis Gill and Mason Miller seem the current runaway candidates to compete on the AL side.

Yeah, hed definitely get a decent settlement offer for it to go away, like Colin K. Not to bring up Race and get banned again, but I think it was obviously way worse with any open job and people saying why doesn’t it go to Colin K, but the same would happen with TB. So they’d probably make him an offer. He’s a bit of a firebrand, so who knows if he’d take it.

That would be it regardless though, in terms Orlando ever playing again, as you said

Shapiro can stay. Atkins and all the coaches except Pete need to go though.

Pete Walker is like the cockroach after the proverbial nuclear bomb. A survivor.

At least they are doing it with a modest payroll lol

Walker is like a pickled egg in a gross jar just sitting on the bar. Will last forever.

I’m going to at least bump out Royce Lewis out of the Top Tier of injury prone.

Eloy Jimenez and whoever else is in that highest tier. One game back and dude is going back to the DL.
