Mitch White looks better than he does. 2 different pitchers, one is obviosly a prospect - an older one but still developing, the other one has already esttablished himself at being a #4/5 (at best). Maybe puting Frasso on the development list is a good thing (and not a negative)

More like Nick FrASSo if you ask me. It's more his stuff that is enticing rather than his numbers, although his ability to generate whiffs is also intriguing. I'm over it though, as the Jays have clearly built up a strong stable of swing and miss relievers in the upper minors to work with and already have a strong MLB pitching staff.
