Offensively they're cooked. Stanton really needs to step up for them but he looks cooked as well.

 

Yankees always find a way though. Not saying that to praise them but saying that as someone who hates the Yankees. They always get lucky finding guys off the scrapheap which is annoying. Someone like a Luke Voit, Mike Ford, Gio Urshela etc.

I was watching the 9th inning last night. Wander Franco made a beautiful diving stop and throw for the first out in the bottom of the 9th. Doubt many other shortstops would have got to it.

Actually, other than a better K/BB ratio, Severino has kind of more quietly (?) been every bit as bad as Moanoah this year. Severino just giving up a s*** ton of hits and a lot of home runs.
