"Tiedemann exits start early with apparent arm injury...."

"Tiedemann, 20, threw his 60th pitch of the outing in the fourth inning and immediately pointed to his arm and was removed."

Yoshida probably the one we should've signed instead of Belt.

One was insanely more expensive.

Watching Biggio take his warm up swings in the on deck circle. All his swings and his swing plane is shoulder high.. Did someone tell him he is susceptible to the high fastball and he is working on that…

Ya but the production seems worth.

Hardly. Dog s*** Defense and base running. He basically has to hit like David Ortiz to be worth it.

All right, let's hope Belt does half of what Yoshida does (since it is a 10M v 20M/y contract) by the end of this year.

Kirk and Merrifield both off on the same day again. Not sure why Schneider (or the org) can't structure the off days differently so that two of your better performing hitters aren't sitting on the same day in favor of two hitters who look absolutely overmatched and abysmal so far (Belt/Biggio).

Serves me right for shouting at Reese not to be jacking one…

Can't believe that jerk off is doing damage against Gausman.

Something is wrong.

Not a single Red Sox hitter has swung and missed at a pitch - almost like they know whenever the off-speed is coming. Either something is seriously wrong with Gausman or Boston is cheating (again).

another ******** lucky hit. Sox have all the breaks this series.

They are being patient on pitches and not missing the meatballs. They are getting lucky to some extent, but the quality of at bats have been amazing.

I was listening to the Sox radio broadcast yesterday, they went over the numbers on this exact thing. Basically the Sox are less than 20% chase rate against the jays pitching in the series, the average chase rate for other teams facing Jays pitching is upwards of 35%.
