Laika Community Moderator Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Is there a better site or windows app for scores? If you just care about boxscores, there are some tighter options. But nothing I am aware of has the strikezone display and live pitch tracking that gameday does
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Stroman committed the first pitch clock violation of the season.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Kluber bounced from the game against the O’s in the middle of the fourth. 4 K, 4 BB, 2 HR, leaves with bases loaded and one out.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Random Boston reliever #1 wild pitch on his first pitch entering lmao

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Random Boston reliever #1 wild pitch on his first pitch entering lmao 200 IQ move as he avoids walking in a run after he misses badly with 4 pitches to Adley.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Stroman committed the first pitch clock violation of the season. Lolll. Gonna go on a racism rant on Twitter after the game
glory Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 It's awful. I miss seeing the various games in the horizontal bar at the top. Yeah it was nice seeing what the scores were and what the situation was (how many runners on base, etc) for other games at the top. Made it easy to flip to other games when there was a more exciting situation. Not sure why they got rid of that. The mobile version other than not having the other scores on top seems much better than the desktop version, which is complete ass all the way around.

Ray Verified Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Red Sox pitching in midseason form already. Chaim is so awful at building pitching staffs.

Aaaand he still walks in a run, two batters later. He’s not particularly close to the zone.
BTS Community Moderator Posted March 30, 2023 Author Posted March 30, 2023 The season is off to a nice start in Boston
glory Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Chaim is so awful at building pitching staffs. You could remove the last 4 words of that sentence and it would still be accurate.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 30 Ks combined through 8 innings in the Yankees/Giants game. Jeez.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 This Red Sox pitching might actually be as bad as Grant thinks they are.
Laika Community Moderator Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 The O's lineup is rock solid this year.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Yankees game wrapped in 2 hours 33 minutes, making it the shortest Yankees game since the invention of television.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 30 Ks combined through 8 innings in the Yankees/Giants game. Jeez. Finished with 32 combined K's and game time was still only 2:33. Pitch clock is going to work long term.

Laika Community Moderator Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 CJ Abrams has 3 errors and has swung a noodle bat all day he's horrible it's remarkable, sometimes, how drastically scouts can miss on a player the nationals are so depressing. it's reaching a point where fans must be wondering if the world series was even worth it.

John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Adley Rutschman with the first 5 hit game on opening day by a catcher since around 1900.
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2023 Posted March 31, 2023 Adley Rutschman with the first 5 hit game on opening day by a catcher since around 1900. One of those was a home field call on an obvious error by Devers, but still impressive.

BTS Community Moderator Posted March 31, 2023 Author Posted March 31, 2023 Ohtani goes 6 scoreless with 10 strikeouts and LA is losing to Oakland, who started Kyle Muller. Some things never change.

Angels I feel have the most pressure on them this season. If they don't make a Wildcard, such a disappointment.
