The WBC needs to institute minimum uniform regs and or governing body approval for next time. GB was pathetically bush league. I am being 100% serious when I say my 7 yr olds little league uniforms look more professional and upscale then GB. Canada's absolutely sucked also.

 

Not that Canada is known for fashion ( I have seen to many French Canadians in Florida with tight cut off jean shorts to know that). However, Canada's uniform sucked balls also and they need to do better. Both GB and Canada looked bush league, with GB looking like something done in an 8th grade Home Econ class.

 

Honestly, most of the teams had s***** uniforms.

 

Japan's were f***ING AMAZING though. That shimmer, wow.

Yeah, the game quality in the tournament ranged from unwatchable trash to epic showdown.

 

The US vs Cuba semi was embarrassing. Some of the early round games were gross. But most of the games involving PR, DR, Venezuela, Mexico, Japan, Taiwan, Italy, etc were all great entertainment

It does seem insane. I'm sure it should say households also as I have 3 TV's in my own house, but only 1 was on the WBC (only 1 was turned on period) last night. Even if it says households that have TV's (or something) - that seems crazy.

I read that 26.5 million Canadians watched the Olympic gold medal game in Vancouver (78% of all people, let alone televisions) so it's not unheard of, but great for the WBC!
