I didn't mind the jacket but I found it was dumb to put it on when you're down 8-1 in the bottom of the 8th and you hit a solo bomb.

 

They should’ve made a rule that you only put the jacket on if the game is tied or you’re winning.

They should just do something in the clubhouse after a win, like the standard championship belt for the player of the game like the leafs are doing.

 

No dugout shenanigans to keep the easily bothered up at night.

I'm optimistic for humanity because the only people who can afford to have and are having kids under the age of 30 are rich athletes now. DNA pool is going to get better in a hundred years or so.

Anyone else kinda worried Springer hasn’t taken the field yet?? Really no reason for him not to play a couple innings in RF unless the elbow is still hurting/healing

I was thinking the same thing. There's something they're not telling us.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Probably 2-3 spring games in the outfield is all he will need. Probably towards the end of spring training.

Yeah I don’t think he NEEDS the reps, but if I was at spring training I would probably want to be in some games at least. He’s also the type that always wants to play so it strikes me as odd
