If I end up going to a game, at most I'll have one beer. Doesn't bother me now even if I don't have a beer. I can't justify spending $15 for a $3-4 can at the LCBO.

I'm not a huge drinker anymore, but this is a huge factor for me. I hate missing the action to buy food/beer or go to the washroom and I hate disturbing people beside me to get out. And of course I completely loathe fans who come to the game to get loaded because most of the time they are too impatient to wait for the guy to come sell you a beer (and thus are always interrupting me) and they have to pee all the time. Oh and half the time they are loud and know jack s*** about baseball.

Haven't heard the term washroom since my Grandparents, I just started calling public toilets bathrooms like home, oh well

I hear that term on a daily basis, probably more often than bathroom. Maybe it's a regional thing.

We had some discussion on what we call washrooms in the Around Baseball thread for a bit. Who would have thought?

 

It's a regional thing. In Europe, they just say toilets.

Because… steroids?? Decent reason to not like him. Also his dumbassery getting injured biking in the offseason.

 

I’m rooting for him and the Padres though, owuld be nice to see them in the WS before they fall apart completely

I really think he was recovering from injury. I can get that motivation from athletes. He doesn’t seem like the brightest bulb so he probably would’ve gotten popped before if he was using
