JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 dumtoyo pissing off our best pitcher = P R I C K!
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 If Romano blows this, Manoah might strangle Chuckles..or at least beat the s*** out of his bongos.
BlueJays Verified Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Charlie will back down....he's a coward at heart. Guy wont back down when it is about replacing your SP.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 That kind of s*** should never happen in baseball these days. Chuckles being a complete ASS. You certainly gotta feel bad for Manoah.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Montoyo is a retard man. I'm so sick of him.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 The Karma: Romano 3 ER 9th inning. f*** Montoyo
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 charlie an idiot, 99% of baseball managers ask the pitcher if they are ok to go, if they then allow a runner, only then take them out
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 The Karma: Romano 3 ER 9th inning. f*** Montoyo Teoscar removed for Defense. If Romano somehow blows this save Charlie will need Teoscar's defense preventing Manoah from beating the crap out of him.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Montoyo is a retard man. I'm so sick of him. Its not really his decision, definitely coming from the top. But he’s spineless yeah
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Yeah is it even an improvement? That’s all I care about. Not the CG. Manaoh is our best option. No V for Romano again.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Low key want Romano to blow this Our front office just gave this douche an extension... nothing will happen to Montoyo because he's just a figure head for what they believe in anyways.
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 I’m not 100% sure this is Montoyo’s choice. Manoah’s year inning high was around 130 last year. It’s a long season, we want him starting in the playoffs. I’m not sure what the studies are for inning increases, but you have to assume he’ll clear the 200 mark this year unless he gets injured.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Romano's got this, but he's now burned for tomorrow

Yeah I was thinking about that too, could be an innings cap for Manoah this year
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Romano's got this, but he's now burned for tomorrow Yeah this is part of it.

Innings matter far less than actual number of pitches.

Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 shouldnt be innings, but pitches he was at 83 True, but im pretty sure every front office in baseball uses innings to measure starter workload
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 shouldnt be innings, but pitches he was at 83 Same thing.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Well at least Romano is looking sharp again! Great win
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 True, but im pretty sure every front office in baseball uses innings to measure starter workload I'd like to think they're smarter than that
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Romano was boss. Doesn’t change my view on the decision to take out Manoah at that pitch count. Great D by espy and clutch blast by Bo. Nice W!!!
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2022 Author Posted May 21, 2022 Don't look now boys we just won two series in a row....
Eat My Shatkins Verified Member Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Romano was filthy today. Great to see.
