Bro. It’d start at the high school level. I don’t even remember hearing of a girl dominating in some Class D baseball league. If they did, it would be a nice national story. It’s never going to happen.

Best bet would be NFL kicker? A long shot but I remember a movie with Kathy Ireland where she was a kicker

Probably a CFL kicker but maybe

I doubt it. Really tough to envision a woman pitching good enough to get outs consistently. Much more likely they can stick around as a 2B/OF who can swing it a bit.

Not sure what the conversion would be but I’d imagine at the D1 level those girls in the box are seeing 85+ so seeing 92 wouldn’t be a massive shock.

She would need a trick pitch.

There are MLB players who throw poo but have a trick pitch or insane command. I guess in theory a woman could become one of those.

But getting the playing experience to shape that type of career is tough. Like, the MLB knuckleballer grows up as a traditional pitcher until he blows his arm out, after getting drafted. The guy throwing 81 and somehow getting outs probably used to throw 90. etc.

Women can't throw like men. The anatomical and physiological disadvantage is too great to overcome. Beyond that there are neurological factors that come into play at the early developmental stage of children that also contribute to the great divide. The only way a woman could be a pitcher in any professional mens league would be by something other than merit. Now if you're talking trannies, well....

Now you’re talking! If they lay off the estrogen pills, there could be shot there

If there’s one sport a female could legit play pro it’s baseball. More specifically 2B or LF.

Hockey - no. Body wouldn’t hold up.

Basketball - no. Not athletic enough to stick.

Football - lol

Baseball - maybe. The barrier to entry is so low. Athleticism is not a prerequisite. Can you hit? You’re in.

You’re severely underestimating the biological differences between male/female bodies.

I don’t think a female ever sniffs AA, let alone the majors.

If you're into this type of stuff, there is an article on the Frontiers in Human Neuroscience website.

Enjoy.

I don't think a 2B/LF would be the most likely avenue for a female athlete.

I think it would be as a catcher.

The opposing baserunning could be an issue but maybe she becomes a great framer and has the grit for the position.

Batting stand on top of the plate with a small strike zone trying to slap the ball, take a walk or get a HBP

I think we could potentially see a female goalie, either in the NHL or Soccer. No real reason an abnormally tall/big woman couldn’t do the job

No I’m not. I am plenty qualified to talk about the biological differences between males and females.

Pro baseball does not equal the MLB. There are many levels of professional baseball and sport.

Maybe the best female in the world could play on an U18 team.

Nah I can make fun or myself. Sometimes it’s true. I’m also the type that’ll sometimes see if someone is selling low. Depends

Have you ever heard of Karsten Braasch, the German tennis player? He played a match against both Serena and Venus Williams when they were 18 and near the top of women tennis. He was 30-years old and ranked 203 in the world. Serena and Venus claimed they could beat any man outside the top 200. Braasch accepted their challenge and beat both of them, playing one set against each. He beat Serena 6–1 and Venus 6–2. This was from a tennis player on the way out who smoked a pack of cigarettes and drank beer during most of his training sessions.

A couple of years ago, the FC Dallas U-15 Academy team beat the U.S. Women' s National Team, 5-2 in soccer.

It’s entirely relevant you f***ing dipshit. You’re accusing me of totally buying into sss and I just gave you proof hiw that’s not true. Dumbass. Whoosh

You won’t really hear me like on either Teo, Bo, Vlad etc with the sss. I think JF was unfairly flamed for basically saying Berrios is Dr J/Mr. H essentially. Also I kind of lost hope in Gurriel’s .800+ upside. Even so, I was still trying to ask about him with you. So blow me.

It's hard to cheer for Odor ever but he walked off the Rays with a jack in extras tonight. That I enjoyed.

So seems Laila was off the mark with his no prominent call ups during the season prediction. Now Adley joining the fray. Future HOF Royce Lewis will be back soon enough
