Well, it's some sort of virus, including a virus to his injury past is dumn, bro. :P

Sounds like they basically want him stretched out, he can get that work done in Dunedin, won't be long.

You’re one of those guys that had to miss gym class all the time for a variety of reasons… I get it…lot of people defending their own on this subject. It’s admirable

Neat little tidbit from the Birds site...

Seven Jays made MLB Network’s annual list of the Top 100 Players Right Now: Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (No. 8), Bo Bichette (32), George Springer (33), Teoscar Hernández (65), Kevin Gausman (74), Chapman (83) and Berríos (97). Only the Los Angeles Dodgers, Houston Astros and Chicago White Sox had more. Los Angeles Angels Shohei Ohtani and Mike Trout ranked one-two.

Shredders format...

The rankings above are from MLB Network's “Shredder” which takes into account a multitude of statistical factors (focused on a three-year sample; utilizes WAR, wRC+, Statcast metrics) with no human bias.

Site rankings of top 100... discuss.

It will die when the trade happens or if JRam dies.

Even then there will be rumours about us trying to trade for his ghost.

The interesting thing is JRam seems sincere about wanting to stay in Cleveland and would accept a team friendly deal (just not as friendly as Cleveland has offered).

Would the same be extended to a team that acquires him. Maybe Shatkins has some knowledge that explains their pursuit, if the rumours are to be believed.

If he really wants to stay that bad I feel that they'll figure something out...

....hahahaha. Sorry. Almost got that out with a straight face.

Huh? Why would he take less money and a team friendly deal regardless of where he ended up? Just because he's a nice guy?

Players typically take team friendly deals to avoid the hassle of moving, having kids change schools and all the other extra curriculars involved. I highly doubt JRam is just going to take less money to help his team regardless of where he ends up.

Some people don't like change, if Toronto somehow gets him for the next few years, this might give them a distinct advantage extending him. Similar to Berrios

I mean, CLEVELAND?

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. invited several Blue Jays minor leaguers to dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Jommer Hernandez, minor league catcher for the #BlueJays: "I couldn't believe it. Vladdy Jr. called us to invite us to dinner. I can't describe in words the emotion I felt when I was with my favorite player. God will continue to bless him for his nobility and humility".
