saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Espinal is our “utillity” infielder but has only played 3B this year lol Welcome back Espi!
glory Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Nice to have Espinal back. He was having a sneaky good season despite not being better than Joe Panik for the first 3 months of the season.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Author Posted September 25, 2021 Nice job Espy! Gotta score this
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 typical feeble ab after a leadoff double
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Springer is having zero fun. And we don’t even know if he’s healthy enough to even be playing the Outfield.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 typical feeble ab after a leadoff double Plus McGuire not getting the BABIP luck he was getting earlier. He's an AAAA player, at best.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Stranded a leadoff double ugh. Springer looks abysmal right now.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Holy f*** Springer looks horrible at the plate. Bad fundamental baseball lately, got to at least advance a lead off double.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Brutal. Move springer down already.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Walking the #9 hitter. Depression intensifies
Cynical Verified Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 It would be nice to see this offense put some pressure on the pitcher by making him work. All these pitchers need to do is make a good first or second pitch and they're out of the inning for an easy breather.
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Keep walking that leadoff hitter and it will burn you
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Springer is having zero fun. And we donÂ’t even know if heÂ’s healthy enough to even be playing the Outfield. The team wouldn't give him the go ahead if the medical team didn't clear him.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 He wouldn’t be able to make the playoff roster. But Gregory Planco has to be considered at some point. His OPS is .1000 with the Bisons. 5 homeruns, 5 Doubles and 5 steals in 17 games.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 This is some depressing s***.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 How the f*** are the Twins so bad, their lineup seems very solid.
Scion Verified Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Its been a great ride, but I just don't see this team making it with this level of play.
LeafsSuck1967 Verified Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Can't even drive in a leadoff double. Twins bottom of the order drives in a leadoff walk.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Author Posted September 25, 2021 I don’t wanna say it but this feels like game over now. Offense is doing nothing
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 It's over for the Jays goodnight
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 How the f*** are the Twins so bad, their lineup seems very solid. They aren't bad. Just a weird season. Plus Buxton was out for a significant time, and JD was in and out of the lineup. Pitching was a problem for them. Jays are playing them when they are as close to full cylinders as they have been all year.
Scion Verified Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 This is some depressing s***. This is the problem with giving away so many games early on. It forced the team to be near perfect in the September which is a tough ask.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 They aren't bad. Just a weird season. Plus Buxton was out for a significant time, and JD was in and out of the lineup. Pitching was a problem for them. Definitely, and they had Cruz. Jesus, too bad we couldnt face them last month.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 How the f*** are the Twins so bad, their lineup seems very solid. Its rare its been healthy this season all together. This is the most healthy they have been all season. Normally their pitching sucks a lot more.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
