It's hard to recall when I was more disgusted by the performance of a player than I am with Ross Stripling

We're red hot, facing a total s*** struggling team in a crucial game and he shits the bed. Just horrendous.

When Stripling isn't pitching at top performance, I think this is what is to be expected. Especially when he can't command the offspeed. Decent #5 starter, who has very opposite ends of success depending on how he is pitching a certain day

Management f***ed up large lining up the staff the way they did with all the flexibility from the ASB, except for starting Ray on his regular rest, which was a good decision imo. Not scheduling Stripling to start against Texas in the final game on Sunday and have Ryu start tonight versus Boston is not what I call efficient managing.

Anthony Kay really sucks. He hasn’t shown much improvement since we acquired him in 2019... feeling like we got bent in the Stroman trade.

 

SWR was the piece, Kay certainly has disappointed though. I feel SWR going to be good.
