Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Soooo, Teo is s*** again? Looks like it He'll always hit the ball hard, but hardly ever hit it.
Barkerfan23 Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Teoscar returning to what he is a striking out pumpkin hopefully vlad doesnt eat him
TheDragon Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Merryweather just took Hoskins and Bryce f***ing Harper to the cleaners. Wow. Why is a guy that throws 99 just being called up at nearly 29??? Lots of injuries or some s***???
glory Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Soooo, Teo is s*** again? If his K% is going to be over 30% and his walk rate around 2%, then yes, he's going to be a high exit velo below average hitter. The 10% BB% he had last season was encouraging, but that seems to have disappeared so far.
TheDragon Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 At least vlad is "getting it up"
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 If Panik hits against this lefty I will drive to Buffalo to slap Puntoyo
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Why is a guy that throws 99 just being called up at nearly 29??? Lots of injuries or some s***??? You got it, dude
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 That was some Buck Martinez s***
Ryu In My House Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 After this season, do we have four more years of control of Merryweather? Arb1-4?
glory Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 I like that Gurriel pinch hits with 2 out and a runner on 1st, but not with the bases loaded and 1 out an inning earlier.
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 After this season, do we have four more years of control of Merryweather? Arb1-4? He needs 3 years of service to get arb 1, pretty sure we have 6 more years after this just like Pearson
BlueRocky Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Pretty sure he can’t earn a full year of service in 2020 either.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Jays have control of him for the rest of his career pretty much. He won’t become a UFA until his mid 30’s. Just like Shatkins drew it up.
Laika Community Moderator Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 After this season, do we have four more years of control of Merryweather? Arb1-4? If he never gets demoted they should have SIX years after this one. A good example of how absurd the CBA is for some players. Merryweather is cost controlled until he is 35. Thirty. Five!
glory Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Merryweather is a FA after 2026 assuming he's on the big league roster going forward. Of course, he'll be 35 by then.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 That hurts. Literally, in Alvarez's case
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Jays pitching has been racking up the K's lately (and walks).
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Didi is annoying. I’m shocked hes still not a Yankee. He mastered the Yankee Stadium Homerun.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Tommy “Gascan” Hunter yes please.
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Im a big fan of Mckinney . Hopefully he gets more games now becasue of today
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 why the f*** are you bunting Especially with someone who is so f***ing bad at bunting That was embarrassing
LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 how the f*** can the FO look at Montoyo seriously as a big league manager. Bunting here is a horrible decision
glory Old-Timey Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 His name is Buntoyo for a reason.
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Honestly f*** this Manager
