Just checking in for the moronic whining. The BP sucks. Well, it doesn't really suck, it's just been exposed. Luckily with the starting rotation piecing it together I expect that exposure to decline and the BP to look better going forward.

Also, one run. One freaking run after 13 home runs in the two games prior. Maybe we should blame the bats for lack of consistency?

Toronto Blue Jays all-time record:

3,448-3,517

Runs for - 32,223

Runs against - 32,070

This team has always had issues with blowing close games and inefficient distribution of runs. Before my time, but one thing I heard from the pre-Henke days in the early 80's is that the bullpens were hot garbage. Maybe the Jays should have fired Bobby Cox back in 1983 for his poor BP decisions?

Game 1 was all on the pen and Charlie

Game 4 could have been won with a timely hit with RISP, yes

If Charlie was smarter we'd have a 20-10 record in 1 run games, just like Gibby always got us.

Why does Panik bat 6th

Panik will play at least 4 days a week even when Springer gets back. I'm not sure how, but Charles will find a way.

Montoyo actually showing some fire in his post game last night in his post game.

Last night was a clasic GET YOURSELF TOSSED game for Charlie and he didn't. Need to fire up some old Billy Martin/Earl Weaver/ Terry Collins vids to teach Charlie how to treat an ump

I cannot emphasize this enough.

Your team got screwed twice in one inning. And the best he could do was stand submissively in front of CB Buckner and say "okay". Man was afraid to express emotion and stir s*** up. Any other manager with a spine would have made a scene to wake his players up. You have to get tossed in that situation.

But hey, he's a nice guy! And he speaks Spanish! What more can you ask for.

I'm assuming Guerrero speaks okay English now right? Isn't that the only reason we kept Charlie? Basically everyone on the team can speak English now, Charlie is no longer needed.

Anyone who would have Tellez in a line up over Hernandez should seriously think about having himself checked out. There's no logical explanation that can justify that decision plain and simple. Sitting out one of the team best bat for one of the team worst productive bat. Montoyo is certainly not helping his own cause with stupid decision like that one.

Yeah, you're trolling. Have to be or just a f***ing moron.

I think Toronto should front run the league and try to extend Charlie now while he isn't super popular. Classic buy low. Maybe a four year extension would do it?

Hernandez was away for the birth of his kid.

Hernandez is on the paternity list right now. Seriously dude, try to pay even a little bit of attention.

Our manager, ladies and gentlemen

Completely out of touch with reality. Even Joe Siddall is clowning him.

What a generic response. Joe's right lol

1. Winning is more fun than losing

2. They do NOT look like they're having fun at all

He talks like he's coaching 5 year olds

Bring on John Schneider. He's been groomed enough. Already won championships managing the Vancouver Canadians (2011), Dunedin Blue Jays (2017) and NH Fishercats (2018).

The longer Montoyo lasts with the team, the more poorly it reflects on Shatkins. They aren't absolved of blame here but anyone could see the total incompetence in terms of using the lineup and more importantly, the bullpen.

Plus he's been right there along the way with the Jays young foundational players.
