Yeah, he called off one of the Jays guys. I can't remember who it was, just that it was like one of their first games in the bigs and they were obviously nervous as f***. Rodriguez was a really poor sport about the game.

When I was like 14 and saw this, I thought he was the biggest ******* ever.

 

Looking back at this now, I don't see this as a mark against him. It's totally up to Clarke to catch this ball. He didn't and he shouldn't blame anyone but himself.

I have no problem with ARod doing this. Hockey players are always yelling at the opposition trying to fool them into making an ill-timed pass. This is absolutely fair game...it's baseball not golf or Tennis. If the defender can't focus, that's on him.
