You do realize that he has never been over a 1 WAR player for the last 3 seasons and has allowed more the 4.5BB/9 innings in the last 3 years. He had a great year in 16 but jease other then that the guy has been a burning band aid in a dumpster for us.

You guys are making me question whether you even watch the games anymore. Sanchez has been hurt a lot and struggled for a long while, but he is not a bum and is on a hot streak right now. We need pitching for the rest of the year and can get players like Fisher anytime. This is pure embarrassment and I have no doubt Sanchez will pitch great for the Astros, not just because they have some secrets to unlock him either.

 

Do you think his last three starts should’ve boosted his value when there are like 400 innings stating he sucks?

 

No we don’t need pitching for the rest of the year. This is tank nation. All I heard during spring training was how we needed room in the rotation to see what the kids can do. Well now we finally get our chance.

We're about to find out how good the Blue Jays vaunted advanced analytics and player development departments are. If Sanchez becomes Charlie Morton we should all be very, very concerned.

I went away because this board has a lot of unsufferable personalities like you. Got too old to be bothered wasting time with miserable cocky kids. Lot of good posters here too I wanted to share the deadline with. Clearly the Jays should be getting more than Fisher and they are. Dont worry bud Ill be gone again soon.
