  1. If you think he will be that bad going forward then I guess we should have kept him for the tank nation then.
  2. I went away because this board has a lot of unsufferable personalities like you. Got too old to be bothered wasting time with miserable cocky kids. Lot of good posters here too I wanted to share the deadline with. Clearly the Jays should be getting more than Fisher and they are. Dont worry bud Ill be gone again soon.
  3. Some embarrassing takes by board veterans here today. Thankfully there is more coming our way by the sounds of it.
  4. You guys are making me question whether you even watch the games anymore. Sanchez has been hurt a lot and struggled for a long while, but he is not a bum and is on a hot streak right now. We need pitching for the rest of the year and can get players like Fisher anytime. This is pure embarrassment and I have no doubt Sanchez will pitch great for the Astros, not just because they have some secrets to unlock him either.
  5. Sanchez has been good for the Jays lately and it didnt look like luck or a fluke. I cant believe this is when we decided to trade him.
  6. Did they not see how Sanchez has been pitching lately? Sanchez for Fisher is completely dumb.
  7. Sanchez is the type of pitcher Id try and sign to a few more years at this point. 1 walk and 20 k in last 3 starts. Ill be pretty annoyed if they dont get something good here.
  8. Sanchez looks like he has figured it out lately. I can see him being a decent (or even better) starter still. Better not be a sell low jon on him.
  9. Does anyone here know what injury Jordan Romano is out with?
  10. Dinger mentioned this crew identified a lot of good pitching in Cleveland. We can hang our hopes on that. Wont change that they still should have got another piece, but someday we may be loving this trade.
  11. Agreed. First time in a couple years this team is fun to watch for me.
  12. Could work out great but still clearly should have been better. I'd put Atkins in the 20-35 percentile when it comes to trading. Totally underwhelming but at least not Padres bad.
  13. Biggio has been right on it all day. Has deserved better than just one walk.
  14. Nice shot Vlad. Umo was a bit hard on him all night. That must feel good.
  15. Biagini not helping his trade value lately.
  16. Danny Jansen seems to block everything. Pretty impressive.
  17. Gurriel laying off pitches that would have struck him out earlier in his career.
  18. Surprised Royals didn't come out and cause a fuss. It was a pretty obvious terrible call.
  19. SRF has no idea where the ball is going when he throws it.
  20. That's the spot of that slider. Nice pitches!
  21. Getting outs but not exactly hitting the target inside the zone. His fastball looks so flat to me, I'm surprised people don't tee off. Good to see him having success for sure. Get him some confidence.
  22. Error to Guerrero? Really?
  23. That was a good play by Vlad. Nice job Bo covering 3rd.
  24. I seem to keep seeing him lumped in with the other lower ceiling young pitchers we have.
  25. People aren't giving up on Reid-Foley right? Still putting up good strikeout numbers and supressing hits. There are still pitchers his age who figure out how to control their pitches better.
