Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Looks like Bo and Vlad are getting humbled in Double-A a little bit. I expect them to be there most of this season if not all of it.

I expect them to be there most of this season if not all of it. They're both doing fine, not sure where the "humbled" part is coming from. Expectations can't be multi-hit games every day Bo's only missing tool so far is power, and Vlad isn't missing anything that he had before
Maico450 Verified Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 19-20 Year old kids hitting .300 in AA, are not getting humbled. They are doing great. I am foreseeing September call-ups, unless injuries at the MLB level, forces something sooner. With the depth at the majors this year, that is a long shot.

I don't expect them to get multiple hits every night lol.

John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Author Posted April 22, 2018 Relax I was being humorous. I don't expect them to get multiple hits every night lol. lol, good then. though Bichette's missing power is mildly concerning.

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 lol, good then. though Bichette's missing power is mildly concerning. Well it is early and he has hit a triple. I imagine its freezing in New Hampshire. What I like is that hes walking at a much higher rate than last season. I don't think we will have to wait much longer for him to be drilling balls gap to gap.

Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 It's hard to believe that Tellez could be this bad after showing a very promising bat.

THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Alford has looked quite rusty since coming back. K% of 36.4%.

Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Fernando Tatis Jr. is being humbled by AA. wRC+ of 36 BB% - 1.5 K% - 29.4 OK - he's getting ass f***ed sans lube in AA
