John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 I'm sure any day now the Bisons will get their season underway after 3 consecutive snow outs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Game 1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Game 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Players of the day: Kacy Clemens, Sean Reid-Foley, Nash Knight Honorable mentions to Lourdes Gurriel Jr, Bo Bichette, DJ Davis and Joshua Palacios
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 It's a little early, but if Gurriel maintains a hot start, I'd love to see him in the majors at some point this year.

THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 SRF is back bitches! After the 1st 2 IP, he looked unhittable. That high 4SM/Slurve/CH combo just devastated hitters.
BlueRocky Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Nice to see Gurriel jr with a hot start
Ray Verified Member Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Ryan Noda and Kacy Clemens will be really interesting to follow this season.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2018 Author Posted April 9, 2018 Ryan Noda and Kacy Clemens will be really interesting to follow this season. Yeah, though both need to be at higher levels before getting remotely excited. Clemens is 23 and Noda is 22, which is too old for Lansing, even though it's their first year of full season ball. A step up to Dunedin or even New Hampshire would be needed to make the relevant prospects
AledmysDiaz Verified Member Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Can't believe no one has mentioned that Bichette already has three multi hit games
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Can't believe no one has mentioned that Bichette already has three multi hit games It's expected.

I saw him multiple times in Vancouver last season and his AB’s stuck out to me the most. Great eye at the plate has a nice line drive stroke. Good defender at 1st too. Power might not be there yet, but I’m optimistic.

admin Site Manager Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Man it would be fun to catch a NH game, especially if SRF was pitching.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 10, 2018 Author Posted April 10, 2018 I always thought Kacy Clemens was a non-prospect? Pretty much is unless he jumps 2 levels right away. 23 in Lansing is just not relevant
Ray Verified Member Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 I always thought Kacy Clemens was a non-prospect? Kind of is given his age and the level he's playing at, but I still like him.
