Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Steve Delabar was released by Texas today, struggled in five AAA appearances
CraigG Verified Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Jesus Christ just bat Ohtani 4th already and move old man Pujols down to 7th or 8th.
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Tyson Ross is having a nice bounce back so far back with San Diego. He's throwing a gem today against the D'backs. No hits and 8 K's through 4 innings!
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Jesus Christ just bat Ohtani 4th already and move old man Pujols down to 7th or 8th. It sucks to watch Pujols play so uselessly. The guy used to be an absolute beast.
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Jesus christ. Just looking at Pujols' fangraphs page. I know he sucked last year, but I didn't know he was THAT bad. -1.9 games below replacement level! That's hilarious. And he's paid through 2021;)

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 NESN guys again talking about how people are saying Betts has passed Mike Trout. Jesus Christ I've never understood this unwillingness to recognize Trout to be as great as he is. It's like they are trying so hard to justify not saying he's the best, I don't get it. E: lol just listened, unreal. "Lots of people" were saying Mookie Betts is at the top of the American League. Lots of idiots, maybe. Like, what the f***? I hope one day we are all embarrassed that this narrative was ever a thing.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Author Posted April 21, 2018 Oh my god One more for you from a few days ago, old friend.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Wow guys, Didi Gregorius has also passed Mike Trout. Because it isn't April or anything.
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Tyson Ross has a no hitter going through 7, but at 104 pitches. WOuld not want to be whoever manages the Padres nowadays.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Angels continue to fall back towards the mediocrity they have been since 2009 (except for 2014)-- down 7-0 to the freaking Giants. Looks like Houston will regain 1st place at the end of the night where they belong. And that's next on the Angels sked--a return back to .500 or less is beckoning on the Angels as their lack of pitching depth beyond Ohtani (Heaney was awful), bullpen overuse and middling offense continue to haunt the team.
King Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Tyson Ross right arm is going to fly out of the socket and into the 1B dugout any pitch now. Holy f*** get this man out of the game
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Author Posted April 21, 2018 Mound visit by Andy Green at 119 pitches and he opts to keep Ross in the game. Yikes.
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 This is dumb. His arm is already attached with glue and duct tape. Get him out of there.
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Guy is throwing 88 mph fastballs with no command. Better leave him in.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 It's not like Ross has a history of arm problems or anything. And the no-hitter, shutout and lead is gone.
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 And there goes the lead, even though they have a very good bullpen. What a moron.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Tyson Ross right arm is going to fly out of the socket and into the 1B dugout any pitch now. Holy f*** get this man out of the game Woohoo... Snakes!
