Just some dynasty league with friends. Thanks for the tip.

Taylor probably. He's got the higher power rate, he's the better bet to stay on the field.

His road numbers have been trash, like... seriously trash (yes, small sample size applies...)

Spray chart: https://www.fangraphs.com/spraycharts.aspx?playerid=6012&position=SS&type=battedball

All 7 were at home, and all 7 were to right field (one is a bit towards right centre, but y'know...

I wonder how many were on low pitches too? Not sure I've ever seen him turn around a belt high fastball.

Last year he hit more HRs away than at home. Also hit better period away.

How many home runs would Bryce Harper hit if he played in Yankee stadium 81 games a year?

Has anyone every tried to project it given the highly held thought that he would end up there? (less likely now thanks to Stanton)

Probably like 3 or 4 more. Doesn't seem like he hits many fence-scrapers that would be otherwise HR in New York, he hits bombs.

I suppose yeah

He has so much power he probanly benefits less than a guy like Didi

Not sure where else to post this but I need steals in a fantasy league and Delino DeShields and Michael A. Taylor are both on the waiver wire. Which one should I pick up?

DeShields is a better bet for steals.

Angels bullpen is trying to choke away Ohtani's win..8-7 now in the 7th with the bases juiced.

This is what happened when you overwork the bullpen so early and starters don't get length.. 101.2 IP (and climbing). Especially with the Angels using unproven Justin Anderson in a key situation..

Ohtani isn't in line for the win... Jim Johnson is.

Quantifiably false. The barbacoa is the way to go.

Took your advice today, made one of my tacos with barbacoa and this was a good call. f***ing delicious.

Btw, love the tacos because you can get 3 different protein options. I had 2 hard chicken tacos and a soft barbacoa. Chipotle is great.

Lol whoopsy, Pujols with a slip:

Earlier this month, Pujols gave an interview with Tim Brown, of Yahoo! Sports—the reporter who first broke Guerrero’s age discrepancy. It aired on the first edition of the Yahoo! MLB Podcast. In it, Brown asked Pujols to take him back over a story that Pujols had told Brown before, about his first over-the-fence home run.

“I actually hit it off Octavio Dotel, I think I told you that,” Pujols said with a laugh. (Brown didn’t remember that.) “I was about about 12, 13, almost 13 years old,” he continued.

Pujols talked about how giddy he felt, about the excitement and disbelief. “And we go back, you know, 28 years later, and here I am.”

and Dotel would have been 18 and playing pro ball.

He even doubled down on the slip-up:

“Well, Dotel, I believe he’s like three or four years older than me,” Pujols said. “He was in the league above me, and it was actually like an intrasquad game.”

Now, we’re cooking with gas.

Dotel, whose birthdate we know for sure because it was corrected and verified well after his career began, is 44. He was born in late November 1973. Dotel signed with the Mets in March 1993, so it’s technically possible for Pujols to have hit that homer at age 12 or 13, against Dotel, and still be 38 now. However, that would be a shocking age disparity for the two players at the time. More importantly, though, Pujols himself said Dotel is “three or four years” older than he. That would put Pujols’ actual birthdate in either 1977 or 1978.
