Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 Reyes comes off the bench after an injury and hits 2 home runs today. Definitely not among the things I expected to see.

Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 Reyes became the second person in history to hit multiple home runs a day after giving up multiple home runs.

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Wade Davis legit suxxxxxxxx what are the Rockies doing? They paid him a s*** load of money to do the job hes not doing well. Adam Ottavino should have taken over that role 6 weeks ago. Rince and repeat for relievers in Colorado. Next up they are paying Jeurys Familia 4 years 60M
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 Steve Pearce is putting on a show at Fenway against the Yankees.
onwego Verified Member Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 Rarity for the scorecard, Red Sox Martinez only runner on second, one out, Routine ground ball to short and he gets thrown out 6-4 failing to hustle back to second Big brain fart against a struggling Sabathia
onwego Verified Member Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 Yankees and Red Sox are both going to attack the ump Bellino for his floating strike zone,
onwego Verified Member Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 2nd and 3rd none out for Boston, grounded right to pitcher Holder who panics and throws it behind Bradley on third and he scores...... Wake up!!! Followed by not even noticing Benintendi stole second off him, had to be the loudest “step off” yelled in baseball history And a three run tater by Peace, his second blast of he night

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 If Pearce could only stay on the field consistently. I still hate that hes helping the Red Sox
TheHurl Site Manager Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 If it weren't for the fact that I think Seattle is going to nosedive, it would be kind of fun to see the Yankees lose a wildcard spot.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 Pearce has always been a good ball player he just can't stay healthy which has sucked. Hope to see him finish strong if anyone deserves it its him.

TheHurl Site Manager Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 another team has snuck up into the conversation in Seattle's division Yankees will go on a 7-1 tear for a homestand soon to seal it all off I've been saying for over a month that someone would pass Seattle, I just thought it would be funny if the Yankees missed the playoff in a season when everyone is blowing them. Seattle is not a good team and now they have been passed. They have the least home games remaining of everyone in the race and have a nasty 4 game set in Houston next week and then fly straight to Oakland for 3. In total 20 of Seattle's remaining games are against Houston and Oakland.
