Very slow for the Jays and pretty much the rest of the league. I think Davis signing might be the first top FA 10 signing. Boring.

Although in the same breath - trading Stanton and signing Ohtani were both massive moves...

 

 

Interesting to see the Jays take the patient approach this year after "jumping" the market the previous years with Happ and Morales.

The off season before 2014; the jays signed Fatty Navarro to a two year deal and then did not make another big league signing or trade until July 2014 (the Valencia blockbuster). Just waiver claims and minor league signings. Nothing can be more boring than that, at least from a Jays perspective.
