This one stings. His last outing was ass. Probably explains why. Plus we didn't see him yesterday. Hopefully its a minor thing and it will retroactive to his last appearance.

Sounds like this is the case, hopefully.

I'd rather see Tepera start a fresh 8th and keep using Barnes to put out fires.

That would be nice but Gibby is all about the assigned inning. Likely, Barnes gets the 7th, at least until Sanchy comes back and the roles get re-assigned.

It was bound to happen since Gibbons has used him for more than half the games played this season, and knowing Gibby probably warmed him up a few times without using him. They really need to scale back on his usage.

It's easy to sat that, but when your SP has consistently not gone deep, he's probably had to use every reliever more than he's wanted to, aside from Osuna

How does Setup duty not go to Barnes?

Dont know if the numbers support this but it seems when Tepera goes more than an inning he gets knocked around....also Barnes is ice on the mound with runners on whereas Tep is sweting bullets.

Yeah Joe Smith has been great, but people ITT are reacting a bit excessively to a middle-reliever going on the DL...

I think we're all just frustrated at the string of injuries that we've suffered this season.

Aaron Sanchez (blister) will throw live batting practice Thursday.

Sanchez tossed another bullpen session Monday. If Thursday's live batting practice session goes well, he'll then be cleared to begin a rehab assignment with High-A Dunedin. Sanchez is expected to require multiple rehab outings before being activated. Jun 20 - 11:31 AM

I guess it's going to be retroactive to his last appearance... he just said he should be back in the next 7-days, hopefully. :P

every injury outside of Travis's is "should only be a few days" then turns into 6 weeks.
