Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Author Posted April 9, 2017 Yikes, Estrada really struggling with the changeup command.
Governator Community Moderator Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 We need bad back Estrada back.
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 this is the end Nope, it's the 4th inning.

Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Wind must be blowing out in Tampa.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 playing the rays is just a nightmare for this franchise
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Yikes, Estrada really struggling with the changeup command. Keeps leaving it up.
Governator Community Moderator Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Wind must be blowing out in Tampa. Those air conditioners.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 I realized I am a lot less angry about the Jays losing after making the playoffs in 2015-16. That 20 year drought made starts like this feel like absolute s***, but I'm kind of numb to it now since the team succeeded for two years and I kind of expected a drop off with age due to the way the team was built two years ago. Either make the playoffs or trade guys at the deadline to get younger. I'll be happy with either scenario. I agree...but will they actually trade some of our players?
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Holy f***, unhitch the wagon there Smoak. Was a nice play though.
intrigid Verified Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 I can't believe they didn't challenge that play. All 3 replays made it look like he was safe.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 I agree...but will they actually trade some of our players? If they are out of it at the deadline? I don't see why not. There's no qualifying offer getting them an extra 1st anymore. Estrada, Liriano, and Bautista (assuming he waives his NTC) are all free agents at the end of the season (dem options on Jose won't be picked up). A quick retool for 2018 isn't out of the question. Anyway, too early to have this discussion. 1-5 (if they can't eek out a comeback today) is nothing this early in the season.
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 I can't believe they didn't challenge that play. All 3 replays made it look like he was safe. Nah the throw was just in time, bang-bang play but he was out.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 lol what an awful start to the season
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 What a garbage series this has been.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 s*** just ain't going right... don't see that very often.
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 When was the last time we saw Tulo make such a mistake? So reliable normally.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Team meeting coming soon
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 When was the last time we saw Tulo make such a mistake? So reliable normally. Even the best fall down sometimes.
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Even the best fall down sometimes. Yeah, hopefully he makes up for it with a big hit or two.
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Yeah, hopefully he makes up for it with a big hit or two. Or that double play haha.
