True, but its finally gotten around the league that his arm hasn't been the same since he hurt it against BAL 2015. I think they said it was 87 MPH throw which was his 3rd fastest in the last year. Having said that, he got rid of it quickly and got it there even if up the line. Castillo made an amazing play at full speed on the pick and tag. They could have mentioned Jose used to have more of a cannon.

Yeah that's the issue I have with it. If they had mentioned that he had an injury which greatly affected his throwing ability I'd have no problem with it. Acting like he's always been Ben Revere with the arm is very much mistaken however.
