Nope. Saturday night hockey far more important I guess.

Well they shelled out 5.2 billion for the exclusive rights to show NHL games in Canada. So yes I would imagine so.

Calgary vs Winnipeg on 4 channels, WBC in 30 on SN1 and women's f***ing basketball on SN 360. Looks like they could have squeezed it in to me.

It was a f***ing routine pop up that didn't even land in the dugout. Jesus, Hosmer is so incredibly overrated.

What would be the difference, if he was in camp?

 

WBC intensity level is much higher and they've had no chance to get up to speed. Just straight into the fire.

Stroman was great. Best start by an American in WBC history? Only 1 ball left the infield in 4 2/3 against a stacked Dominican lineup.

I am kind of concerned about what pitching at such a high intensity so early is going to do to his arm. There is a reason why the more premium pitchers aren't there.

I'd have a hard time believing Stromans bullpens aren't extremely intense. It's not like he was out there trying to throw 100mph. I'm guessing the teams and insurance companies have a bigger influence on player decisions than were aware of.
