As long as he feels good and looks good the box score doesn't matter much

 

He's probably just tossing his pitches down the middle so he can find his release point and get the right spin rate and arm speed going.

 

I'm sure he'll be fine once he's up here.

Yeah, it's all over the local news here.

 

I kinda feel pretty bad for the guy. It was a stupid thing to do but the punishment he's received doesn't fit the crime. Not to mention the thousands of people who did the same thing in game 5 2015 against the Rangers and got away with it scot free.

Man it's hard to believe we're only 5.5 back from the division lead while being 3 games under .500. I really don't know what Shatkins has in store this summer but with the Orioles, Red Sox, Yankees, Astros in the coming schedule I think that's going to be the make or break point on selling or not. It'll probably tell us everything we need to know about this season's future and going .500 over that stretch shouldn't be good enough imo.

I'm all for selling anyone that will return prospects close to mlb level and dumping bad contracts like Tulo and Martin if anyone is willing to take them.

Yeah, losing his job was probably enough, now he has a criminal record and finding work is going to be tough.

He threw a full beer can at another person. He's paying the price and the fact that he did it in front of everybody isn't a notch off of what he did. If it sucks for him, sorry, behave yourself ********. Him losing his job isn't anyone's business except his and his employer's.

That's pretty accurate IMO. But regardless I'd be looking to move Tulo by almost any means necessay. Not sure this team can take that dead weight contract for an oft injured sub par bat and surely declining glove for three more seasons after this

I'd love it, but no one is taking Tulo's contract, unfortunately.

We thought nobody would take Vernon Wells also. It can be done, but I think he also has a no trade clause that he would have to waive. Jays would probably have to pay a big chunk of his remaining deal

You don't bother. He's not legitimately dangerous or anything. You just assume he doesn't want to risk getting arrested and going to court again for breaching his probation over a ballgame.
