New York Mets infielder Jose Reyes' former mistress, Christina Sanchez, said Thursday that the former All-Star had a six-year affair with her until 2015.

 

According to Brian Niemietz of the New York Daily News, Sanchez and Reyes had a daughter together, and they acted as Reyes' road family: "We'd go to restaurants, go to games, go shopping, that was the life I was living. It was a double life, but I wanted him to be a father of our child."

 

Sanchez is currently suing Reyes for a child support increase from $11,000 to $41,000 per month for their seven-year-old daughter.

 

Reyes married Katherine Ramirez in 2008, but Sanchez said she and Reyes were romantically linked before that marriage.

Yah some chick was claiming she was the mistress and was his road family. I guess he has a kid with her and everything. He has 3 kids with his wife. Apparently he hasn't seen his "road family" since the domestic dispute.

I was gonna say, the f***ing audacity to demand that much money. 11k is more than enough, there's no f***ing way in hell that all of that 41k is going to be used on the kid.

That's how it works in the US. When you demand money in child support you get to "expect" a certain lifestyle based on the income of the father.

He needs to dismantle the courts first. Make sure every judge from the Supreme Court to small claims court is a 70 year old white male conservative. Plus Jose Reyes is a black immigrant from an undesirable country suitable only for all-inclusive resorts. Trump has no desire to stand up for him.

Eric Thames is making $125,000 less than Justin Smoak this season.

 

I understood why they didn't sign him though.

Did anyone actually see how Drew Pomeranz looked today?

 

I only watched one inning, but he threw breaking balls almost exclusively. He was pretty wild, but the Rays helped him out by being extremely aggressive.
