I'm leaving for Seattle tomorrow to watch these guys.. Think I might scalp my tickets for more alcohol money.

 

70% of the building is Jays fans and we play absolute s*** Baseball. A lot like tonight's effort.

Other sports should tell hockey they can't use the title world cup

TBH, Nolasco isn't that bad--he's been better since the move to the Angels. What has killed him is a lack of run support..

 

Alex Meyer goes tomorrow--and he has been horrid. That's a very winnable game for the Jays.. anything less than 3/4 will be disappointing.

I've seen some posts saying a wildcard might be more realistic now that we're so far back of the red Sox. The team has looked like s*** and people are pissed that's all

North America: 23 and under.

 

Europe: Players from 8 countries not good enough to have competitive team according to the NHL.

 

Team North America is a gimmick. But the Team Europe is actually a nice opurtunity for guys who play for countries that have no chance to compete. Anze Kopitar is from Slovenia. Who actually had a miracle win at the Olympics but really have no chance at the international level.

Just because the Jays are losing doesn't mean we should be giving up. With Seattle losing, we (and Baltimore) will still have a 3-game lead on Detroit, Seattle and Houston. You want a team giving up, try the Yankees!

Giving up on this game is logical. Giving up on the season would be insanity; we'll be fine.
