A) its cheap

I didn't have time this past month

 

I pay $50 for synthetic oil change + new filter, Canadian tire prices for synthetic oil comes close to $40 so I opted to change it at the dealer

Consider not wasting your money on synthetic oil unless you travel long distances and don't change it very often. It's unnecessary for most drivers and you can get conventional oil for $10-15 on sale.

Jesus Christ who would have thought a year ago Melvin Upton would be hitting higher than Tulo. It still doesn't make any sense. Troy's thumb is probably going to cause him a lot of problems at the plate. He couldn't grip a bat just a couple days ago.

I use synthetic because I don't drive my car very much. Change after 30k km but that's 4+ years for me. organic is s*** after 12 months if you drive or not

I don't like using 10W30 in winter or 5W30 in summer, it's bad for your engine. I change spring and fall no matter how much I drive (never more than 10,000)

my car sits in a garage for weeks at a time. sometimes I wont use it for a month. I have 3 grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. my two best friends are less than 10 minutes walk and I use the bus to go into town for drinks. so major grocery shopping once a month and a few trips to Stockholm every year. car is 17 years old and only has 98k. most of that was the first 3 years. after 3 years it had 50k

 

not changing my oil until I get to my 30k. lol Been doing it for 15 years and my mechanic says the oil and filter look fine when I do a service on the car.

 

only thing that gets changed spring and fall is winter and summer tires.
