Probably has some sort of partial tear somewhere in there. Someone pointed it out to me quite some time ago that his arm has never been the same since and after some evaluation it turns out he was totally right.

 

Bautista used to be known for his strong throwing arm, now he's got a wet-noodle arm. Should definitely be moved to first or DH when he signs with a new team.

The amount of OT/Holidays that I work is how I manage, I bank it in lieu time, I haven't had Christmas/New Years off in years, throw in any other holiday and I make my 4 weeks vacation turn into 6 weeks.
