I think Odor shoving Bautista had more to do with starting the fight but I guess that's just a question of opinion. Not saying I agree with Bautista for sliding hard. He should have just let it go but typically you don't suspend people for hard slides regardless of whether a fight ensues or not.

 

Edit: You don't typically suspend someone for walking towards a guy either.

Check my previous post on this forum about this. I won't go into it again. But yes graveman is more important to the Bluejays than JD is. That doesn't mean it works that way for every team but for the Jays they need Graveman more than Donaldson.
