If "fans" can't stay with THIS team in game 5 then they don't deserve this team. We are never out of it with this offense.

 

People were leaving in the 14th after falling behind 2 runs, I stayed right till the sad end.

absolutely!!! but I was hoping they be done before my birthday. was planning on relaxing and drinking with friends. too nervous for friends, so I'll drink alone. lol

 

need to go out and get some food before it's time to yell at the tv.

I'm glad I've downloaded all the games from this series. It will be a historic series if they can get the win tonight. Before this series the jays had never won a post season game where they could be eliminated, this will make it 3 in a row!!!

using price in Game 4 means he doesn't have to take any questions about "how dare you use Stroman instead of Price IN GAME 5?" It has to be Stroman today and I think Stroman is the one who gives us the best chance to win!!!

Actually, it was more like if they lost game 4, he wont hear people yelling "how dare you not using Price in an elimination game?".

I will be pulling out the projector (not a euphemism) and watching the game on the wall of the I.T. department again today... My manager got tickets, so sweet f*** all is getting done this afternoon!

Let's go Jays! Boss here is opening up the taps and getting some munchies for us to watch the game. Working for a Sports media company is grand...

 

In terms of the game, I agree that the Jays needs to put up a run or two early. Seems like they were squeezing their bats tightly in the previous two home games after falling behind.

Was Gibbons just playing a game when he said Price wouldn't be available? Bannister puts Choo/Fielder back to back, maybe expecting no lefties will be available? Although I think he did that often this season with Beltre 4th.
