I think most boards are cliquish. One of the issues this forum has is that 90% came from the bluejays.com board and those that caused trouble there were not going to be welcome here. So immediately we weren't going to be "fair" to all. We've banned probably 1000 accounts in total. Unfortunately, many of the mods we have just didn't have time for it anymore. We need more mods, and hopefully the anti-mod movement stops as well. Me leaving clears up your issue with mods not being a fan of the team.

 

Wait, what? You're actually stepping down? And you're leaving an emotional basketcase like Twisted as a possible replacement? I can't believe you've done this... Smh

Well if that's the case then he should be the one responsible for choosing his replacement/s. IMO he has earned that respect by now, and as we can see by the results, the democratic process isn't necessarily working when 18% of the votes is going to someone who's clearly mentally challenged.

They're just using the votes to sort guys out. They'll take the top bunch and decide as a group several people who they feel are best suited.
