Disagree. Jose was in the box and the ump still wasn't at his post with his gear on. Either the dude was waiting to do that or he imposed on the game by not being ready while the players were. Either way, it's an umpshow. Jose still should have bit his tongue for the sake of his team, but the ump invited it like someone trying to get rear-ended and blame the other driver.
