glory Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 The Jays will bring it to one run and lose, and then everyone will say how unlucky we are in one run games. Same old s***.
bluebird Verified Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 hahahahahah what an abortion of a game
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Author Posted June 20, 2015 Mods i accept my punishment. I feel like a week Ban is fair but whatever you guys think. I failed you all.
ScientificReason Verified Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 EE is really not having a good season so far, really bad loss, no business losing this game.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Most unclutch game ever for the jays
fireballW Verified Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Edwin really needs to get going. Good attempt though by the team. Made it interesting.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 We should have won this game.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Navarro was a piece of s*** when he was hitting.... now that he's not even hitting he's useless as tit's on an ugly nun. this one is for you Pikachu!! http://pic.epicfail.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/nun-fail-middle-finger-hold-cross.jpg
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I thought they'd throw a high, inside heater to Davis, instead they threw another slider and this time Loup hung it. Then they try to come in on Flaherty for some reason. Those 2 sequences baffled me. Otherwise, the offense didn't have a good game.

So sorry for my performance.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Well, tomorrow is another day.. but it hurts more when the Yanks and Rays won't frigging lose a game! Go Tigers and Indians!
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Gibbons puts relationships with players above winning. No way Navarro should have been in today, you put in Smoak and that is a different game.

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 And tomorrow...Copeland...Enough said Vs. Tillman, who's been garbage this season.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Author Posted June 20, 2015 I think we need to give King another chance tomorrow at the GDT.
SantosLHalper21 Verified Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Sigh...another one of those games where the pitching lets them down. The hitting will come and go, but once again the BP blew it...what's that 11 blown saves this season. This one wasn't a blown save, but it was a game the bullpen let get away from them. This is on Loup. He's supposed to be a lefty specialist yet he hangs a slider to Davis and hits Flaherty. To make things worse, he allows the #9 hitter to get a base hit off of him. This is a game where a closer would have come in handy. Come in, lock down the 9th, and allow the bats to win it for you in the bottom of the inning. Instead we are witness to Aaron Loup crashing and burning in another pressure situation.
ScientificReason Verified Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 The homers here defend gibby, he has cost this team games this year. DH'g navarro, poor bullpen management. Ridiculous.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I don't know if you're misunderstanding me.. IT IS COPELAND I'm going to the game tomorrow, expecting a slugfest!
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Those are games you just have to win. Gonna look back at the end of the season and all of these games they should have won will come back to haunt them.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2015 Author Posted June 20, 2015 Does this mean you're done with GDT's? Yes. So sorry! Just unacceptable by me. Again...i'm very sorry.

This loss is down to Gibby...and another outfield mistake which cost a first inning run.

Although, many here are focusing on the BP when the offense was bad in this one. We'll see what happens.

I think the Colabello problem came to play in the SF that scored the tying run rather than the 1st inning 2b by Machado. That ball hit high off the wall, I doubt Carrera gets it. The point does stand though.
