Better ban your daughter from that whole genre.

News flash! Music lyrics today are horrible! Stop the presses.

The irony is that tons of girls grind all over some guy's crotch to songs like that. Worst thing about Twitter, gives everyone their own little soapbox.

Better get into the country music until you here Eric Church singing about banging his wife so hard the house collapses lol

I'm not as ancient as y'all, but isn't there an obscene Elvis Presley song? Or how about that Michael Jackson songs that's all about stalking chicks.

I think the dad erred when he called himself a feminist.

That kind of "music" really shouldn't be played at a Blue Jays game. He's not being an unreasonable parent to request a lack of vulgar music at a baseball game, particularly when he's bringing his kids.

Seriously dude has a good point. A lot of parents are taking their young children to the ball game. Sexually explicit lyrics should not be playing in this kind of a family environment

He has a point that the Jays should distance themselves from a song like this.

The whole "I'm such a hero to my daughter for doing this" angle he's taking on it is obnoxious as hell and kind of exploitive. Just ask for the song to be removed like a normal person. No need for a 21 point essay.

Exactly. They didn't have time, though. Could you imagine Osuna walking out with no music? Absolutely horrifying.

The family environment where players use 100 mph pitches as weapons, benches clear every other inning and there are more cuss words said then can possibly be counted. All while 90% of the adults in the crowd are drunk or just plain *******s trying to start fights for fun. Yeah a song is the thing to complain about...such ignorance in this situation along with blind stupidity.

First bolded part is what kind of ball games have you been to...... second bolded part is i have been to a lot of professional sporting events and i have never ever experienced this and i go to Blue Bombers games where Fans are the biggest ass hats (no offence to my fellow manitobans but winnipeg fans are the worst for being *******s).

You're right. If you can't change everything, might as well not even try to change anything.

Pitches being weapons and benches clearing are exceedingly rare and the players are punished accordingly. Cursing and drunkenness and violence in the stands also isn't tolerated, even if it does happen. The league or the stadiums don't condone that stuff, which is entirely different than allowing a player to enter to some smutty song (I have no idea what the song is).

He was soooooo appalled that he had to take to twitter to the public so he can a pat on the back.

While if he was so concerned he should have contacted the BJ's(pun intended) and complained through the proper channels!......oh wait, no publicity in doing that!

ban...

Honestly man, a MLB game has to be one of the MOST family oriented sporting events you can attend.

They usually have some songs on the ready for last me minute call ups and such. I remember the Montreal Expos having a standard latino number they would use for all the latino guys until they picked their own song. The Jays should have just run with their generic latino guy cue until a selection of Osuna's was vetted.

I read his tweets freaking cringe worthy. Hes upset with this song but he was fine with Marco Esttada's song let the bodies hit the floor.

Maybe because "let the bodies hit the floor" is not sexually objectifying, unlike how this other song and your avatar are.

It might be one of the most family friendly but beer is served, even bars don't allow kids in them for a reason. A song is a song.

Also, grow a pair. If you disagree with me explain why instead of starting with this "ban" s***

This is a non-story, but the guy is right. I wonder how he feels about players screaming swear words when they blow it.

Shes a model. Its there job to be sexually objectified lol. Hes just a douche bag that wants free stuff.

Not wanting his daughter to hear lyrics that are offensive to women = wanting free stuff? You are f***ing delusional.

Posted
C'mon guys he didn't want his 18 month old daughter to hear bleeped out expletives for 20 seconds?

Which begs the question is "how does his 18 month daughter know what these lyrics mean for him to be upset about??"

"“I don’t want my daughter to grow up in a world where those are the lyrics she has to listen to when she wants to watch a sport,”

LOL because that's what he should be concerned about for his young daughter... the 5 second baseball walk up music lmao

He might want to keep her completely offline, with no friends and no tv/movies/radio/ads/magazines/life

Go read your post again...it was self explanatory.

Restaurants serve alcohol too....and kids are allowed in them.
