G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Fernandez should of been a Jay for life. Well at least he came back
flafson Verified Member Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 By "Sanchez Relegated" , I meant that he isn't making any appearances in the next 5 or so games after his 1 inning today and is relegated to "side work" (aka throwing a bullpen) They want to push the starters this time around, that means less innings for anyone who doesn't have a shot.

gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Late 30's so yeah I kinda remember it. I remember Freddy making his mark when he blasted an upper tank bomb at Yankee Stadium on a Monday night I believe. There were no fans sitting up there but one of the Stadium cleaning staff was up there and he s*** his pants when the ball came close to hitting him. Everybody was so excited about this guy, but then traded. I guess it was for the best.

The audio for every game this spring that’s not being put on TV can be found on MLB.com. Here’s the full broadcast schedule. Is it just my conspiratorial mind of is John Stilson injured? I think he left the AFL early in the off season and I don't see him anywhere on the ST roster. You would think a guy that pitched 47 innings of relief at Buffalo last year would be in ST camp, but he's no where to be found. Who knows.
flafson Verified Member Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Cool, should be fun to see both of them.

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Fatcow get out of bed we need the GDT
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Excellent, been able to watch every game so far!
Convo Verified Member Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Good lord 96, that is pretty odd considering his max vel was 95.3 according to Pitch F/X in 2012
The_DH Verified Member Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 The mouthpiece for Rogers is trying to make him look better than he probably is. The real tweet is: we arent spending another penny, this is what you got.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Good lord 96, that is pretty odd considering his max vel was 95.3 according to Pitch F/X in 2012 Well it also might have been one scout with a slightly hot gun. Cause yeah it's a bit early in the season to hit max lifetime velocity.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 It would be quite exciting if Hutch makes the rotation.
flafson Verified Member Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 It makes sense he hit 96 if he's been using the weighted ball program.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 It would be quite exciting if Hutch makes the rotation. Zaun says he needs 150 more minor league innings before he should be called up
Convo Verified Member Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Zaun says he needs 150 more minor league innings before he should be called up Zaun is an idiot who doesn't put any real thought into anything he says.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Zaun is an idiot who doesn't put any real thought into anything he says. Yeah I wasn't necessarily agreeing with him. Hutch did not look out of place in the majors before his injury.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Useful info ICYMI: Probably Jays' scouts. Who knows, they may be pumping his tires to trade him for Shark or something.
Jays Verified Member Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Probably Jays' scouts. Who knows, they may be pumping his tires to trade him for Shark or something. Hutch is a guy I'd rather keep instead of trading for a guy like Shark. Sanchez on the other hand...
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Hutch is a guy I'd rather keep instead of trading for a guy like Shark. Sanchez on the other hand... Agreed. Its looking more and more like Sanchez will be the next Drabek. Trade him now while we still can.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Anybody know if there is a stream available for today's game?
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 No it doesn't. And I don't believe he has been (or, at least, I haven't read anything about it ... but may have missed it). But you know who has been using it, I believe? Janssen. And he has a boo boo. so has McGowan and he's sitting 96 to 98. I triple dog dare you to say even one positive thing about the jays. You may twitch, shake, perhaps go into convulsions as you attempt to hit post quick reply button after having typed a positive comment, but I believe in you moogy.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 They're better than the Astros ... AAA club. at a boy! I knew you could do it.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 I heard Gump might possibly be in the lineup tomorrow and more word on that. Really need him this year.
