Yeah, if it were me, 20 minimum... he's done this so many times, good player with zero integrity/care for fellow players. He's a good player too, nothing upstairs. I'd be happily surprised if the NHL puts the hammer down this time.

It's harder to accept losing a 25 year old asset for nothing over a 35 year old veteran backup. This is all about asset management. If Sparks didn't have to be put on waivers I have no doubt that McElhinney would be the Leafs backup today and Sparks would be with the Marlies.
